„Hammies for Hamstrings“

Wir freuen uns auf einen neuen Intensiv-Workshop mit unserem lieben Freund & Kollegen Prashant aus Indien – dem Mutterland des Yoga. Live und exklusiv stream er an diesem Sonntagvormittag direkt zu uns in den Online-Yogaraum!

In diesem englischsprachigen Workshop geht es um eine Verbesserung deiner Beweglichkeit, in dem wir uns intensiv um die Körperrückseite und insbesondere um die sog. Hamstrings kümmern:

'If you have tight hamstrings — and especially if you’ve done all the stretching in the world and your hamstrings are STILL tight — then this workshop is for you.

My friend, there’s a reason your hamstrings are still tight after all that stretching! Many reasons, actually. In this two hour workshop we will go through some anatomy and biomechanics to help you understand what’s happening in that pesky area underneath the skin (i.e. your muscles, fascia, tendons, and nerves) and then apply this information to a fun (and, I’ll be honest) probably-challenging yoga flow that will help you feel your hamstrings in a completely new way!'

Prashant unterrichtet Iyengar Yoga. Genaue individuelle Ausrichtung, ein besseres Verständnis für die Positionen sowie die heilenden Aspekte von Yoga stehen daher bei seinem Unterricht im Mittelpunkt.
