Was ist wirklich wichtig in der uns verbleibenden Lebenszeit? Dazu nehmen wir Kontakt auf zu unserer inneren Energie und dem tiefen Wissen unseres Seins. Gemeinsam wollen wir entdecken, wie es gelingen kann, in dieser Lebenszeit selbst bestimmt, frei und solidarisch zu leben. Der Kurs bietet allen aufgeschlossenen Menschen, auch mit körperlichen Einschränkungen, die Möglichkeit, sich selbst und die Mitwelt mit frischen Sinnen zu erfahren. Es sind keine besonderen Vorkenntnisse nötig. Wir arbeiten mit Kum Nye-Übungen, Meditationen und Übungen aus der Buddhistischen Psychologie. Freude und Entspannung im Leben entwickeln
