Dies ist ein besonderer Kurs mit fortgeschrittenen Inhalten.
In diesem Kurs lernst du fortgeschrittenere Asanas und Pranayamas. Die Stellungen werden manchmal auch länger gehalten und es gibt verschiedene Themen in den Yogastunden. Unter anderem Chakra Konzentration, Mantrabegleitung, Hatha Yoga in Verbindung mit Raja-, Karma-, Bhakti- und Jnana Yoga. Yin Yoga und Vinyasa Yoga – Aspekte.
Du bekommst spezielle Tipps und Tricks an die Hand, wie Du Deine Flexibilität und Kraft noch weiter ausbauen kannst. Die Kursleiter bieten spezielle Hilfestellungen und Variationen für jeden Teilnehmer. Es werden verschiedene Tiefenentspannungstechniken unterrichtet, und am Ende der Stunden gibt es ab und an eine kurze Meditation.
Falls Du mal nicht kommen kannst. Der Kurs wird auch Online gestreamt.
Man kann 2x Nachholen solange der Kurs läuft.

The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
