Dive into the practice of Journey into Power founded in the Baptiste Methodology.

Explore a variety of postures to access vitality, strength and freedom in the body. You will learn how to build foundation in your practice to prepare your body for arm balances. You will be guided through a yoga practice in the Baptiste lineage with focus on alignment, breath, meditation, and self inquiry.

The workshop will include - understanding and practice of the three elements of Baptiste Yoga (asana, meditation, self-inquiry) - Practice the art of True North Alignment (earth, water, fire, air, space) - Practice the Pillars and Themes of Baptiste Methodology - Meditation - Journaling

Power Yoga is purposefully challenging and active, so it can catapult students from wherever they are right now to whole new thresholds of physical and mental power.

This practice is for everyone, all levels are welcome.

Please bring a notebook, water and yoga mat (if do not have an own mat, you can the mats from the studio)
