Over 10 weeks, we will learn together the fundamental Pilates exercises that will,stretch, strengthen and mobilize your whole body.
This Course will cover:
-Pilates breath technique
-Correct bosture and body alignment
-Feet,hips & bpinal mobility
-Core and upper body strength and stability.
