In this 2 days workshop you will discover how to feel more connected to the qualities of nature and better integrated with your internal and external environment, through specific classes focusing on each element, including asana practice, meditation and pranayama techniques.

In these classes you will learn: ¤ How each of the 5 Natural Elements is related to our bodies and wellbeing ¤ How we can use yoga poses, breath and meditation to either increase or decrease these elemental qualities ¤ Explore techniques to become balanced and aligned with your natural state of being ¤ Be introduced to some concepts from Ayurveda and TCM ¤ Get into the flow, get fully grounded or alternately, get fired up!
