Hier erlernst du die vollständige Yoga-Vidya-Grundreihe, die systematisch alle Muskeln und Sehnen kräftigt und dehnt, Wirbelsäule und Gelenke geschmeidig macht und alle inneren Organe, Nerven und Drüsen tonisiert. Vertiefung der Atemübungen und Entspannung sowie eine Einführung in die 6 Yogawege. So bist du für die offene Stunde M, Yoga III und Simply Yoga gerüstet.
Dieser Kurs findet bis auf Weiteres als Online-Kurs statt.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Yogalehrer (BYV), Yogatherapeut (BYAT), Meditationslehrer (BYVG), Meditationskursleiter (BYVG), Spiritueller Lebensberater (BYVG), Dipl-Verwaltungswirt und arbeitet im Leitungsbereich der Polizei. Die Philosophie des Yoga und ihre praktische Anwendung im täglichen "lebendigen" Leben faszinieren ihn.

Stornierungen sind bis 4 Tage vor Beginn kostenlos und gezahlte Beträge werden zu 100% erstattet. Danach gilt unabhängig vom Grund der Absage: • 1 bis 3 Tage vorher erstatten wir bei Kursen 90% der Gebühren. • ab dem ersten Tag eines Kurses schreiben wir 80% der Restgebühren ab dem Tag der Stornierung gut (keine Rückerstattung).
