Hier kannst du dich von Kopf bis Fuß durch-yinnen und deine Gelenke und myofaszialen Strukturen zum Wochenende regenerieren. Durch längeres Verweilen in den Asanas, lässt sich Entspannung intensiver erfahren. Wohldosierte Inspirationen vertiefen die natürlich entstehende Innenschau. Ein Workshop um Yin Yoga einmal tiefer zu erleben und der perfekte Einstieg in dein Wochenende.

  • Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
  • With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Jutta Hornung ist Yogaleherin, Meditationskursleiterin und Yin Yoga Lehrerin. Durch Tai Chi lernte ich die ZenMeditation kennen. Beim Sitzen schmerzte jedoch mein Rücken und jemand empfahl mir Yoga. Damit begann mein Weg in die Welt des Yoga mit körperlichen Übungen, Atemlenkung, Entspannung, Meditation und spiritueller Praxis. Bald wollte ich noch tiefer eintauchen und machte bei Yoga Vidya die YogaLehrerAusbildung. Yoga unterrichte ich mit wachsender Begeisterung. Und wenn ich mal nicht im Yoga Zentrum bin, führe ich Touristen durch Speyer, recherchiere für die Initiative Stolpersteine für Speyer und arbeite als Archivarin im Bistumsarchiv Speyer.
