Kräftigungs- und Dehnübungen und gezielte Atemtechniken mobilisieren eingeschränkte Beweglichkeit und lösen Verspannungen genau da, wo es gut tut. - This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Rudra Peter Fischer ist Yogalehrer (BYV), Meditationslehrer (BYVG), Yogatherapeut (BYAT), weitergebildet in Yin Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Hormon Yoga sowie Satyananda Yoga Nidra™ und Mitglied im Team der Yogalehrerausbildung bei Yoga Vidya Speyer. Er ist Diplom-Verwaltungswirt und war viele Jahre im Führungsbereich der Polizei sowie als Leiter einer Polizeidienststelle tätig. So konnte er hautnah erleben, wie Yoga im lebendigen Leben wirkt. Im Rahmen des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements bot er zahlreichen Polizeibeschäftigten Einblicke in die Welt des Yoga. Mehrere intensive Reisen und Aufenthalte in Indien, u.a. in den Ashrams von Sw. Dayananda und Sw. Sivananda. Seit 2009 unterrichtet er im Yoga Vidya Zentrum Speyer.

Stornierungen sind bis 4 Tage vor Beginn kostenlos und gezahlte Beträge werden zu 100% erstattet. Danach gilt unabhängig vom Grund der Absage: • 1 bis 3 Tage vorher erstatten wir bei Kursen 90% der Gebühren. • ab dem ersten Tag eines Kurses schreiben wir 80% der Restgebühren ab dem Tag der Stornierung gut (keine Rückerstattung).
