Hier kannst Du mit Deinem/r Yoga Grundkurs-Lehrer*in regelmäßig weiterüben oder immer wieder Deine Grundkenntnisse auffrischen und vertiefen, bekommst Hilfestellungen in den Asanas und Impulse für den Alltag. So Schritt für Schritt weiter auf Deinem Yoga-Weg.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Dipa Heike Dubbernell ist Yogalehrerin BYV Level 4, Yin Yoga Lehrerin BYV und hat die Fortbildung zur Hormon-Yoga-Therapeutin. Neben der eigenen Yoga Praxis gibt mir das unterrichten eine Ruhe, die für mich unersetzlich ist. Um noch mehr auf jeden Menschen einzugehen, beschloss ich, noch während meiner Ausbildung zur Yogalehrerin, eine Ausbildung zur Yin Yoga Lehrerin zu beginnen. Wichtig war mir, diese bei Shakti und Maheshwara Lehner zu absolvieren. Aus einem einfachen Grund: „jeder Körper ist einzigartig“. Diese Lehre zieht sich durch alle Ausbildungen der Beiden. Hier ist mein Herz zu Hause. Ich möchte, dass Du Dich wiederfindest, kennenlernst, neu entdeckst. Deinen Körper, Deinen Geist, Deine Seele. Ich freue mich auf Dich.

Cancellations
Stornierungen sind bis 4 Tage vor Beginn kostenlos und gezahlte Beträge werden zu 100% erstattet. Danach gilt unabhängig vom Grund der Absage: • 1 bis 3 Tage vorher erstatten wir bei Kursen 90% der Gebühren. • ab dem ersten Tag eines Kurses schreiben wir 80% der Restgebühren ab dem Tag der Stornierung gut (keine Rückerstattung).
