Sinnvolles Einsetzen von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, die Rolle von Schlaf und Mindset + sonstige Fragen und Themen, die aufgekommen sind
Dieser interaktive Workshop ist für dich, wenn du gerne mehr über Ernährung und Gesundheit erfahren möchtest oder dein Wissen auffrischen möchtest. Es geht mir darum das Thema Ernährung so undogmatisch wie möglich zu vermitteln und dennoch einige wissenschaftlich fundierte praktische Tipps für den Alltag mitzugeben. Du bekommst ein grundlegendes Wissen zur einfachen Umsetzung über Ernährung an die Hand, womit du deine körperliche Gesundheit unterstützen kannst und um genug Energie und Kraft im Alltag und beim Training zu haben.

The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
