An dem heutigen Tag (15.07) erwartet euch intensives Training und Party mit dem Fokus: UrbanKiz.

Dazu haben wir Max und Sonja aus Köln eingeladen, die euch einiges mitbringen werden. 

Abends wird es zusätzlich noch eine Party mit UrbanKiz, Ghetto Zouk, Tarraxo, Kizomba und Douceur geben. Dazu reist DJ Narc6 an, um euch mit seinen Grooves zu verwöhnen.

Solid fundamentals and t𝖾𝖼𝗁𝗇𝗂𝗊𝗎𝖾 are the focus of workshops with Sonja and Max. All the workshop topics will include exercises to help the participants embody the learned t𝖾𝖼𝗁𝗇𝗂𝗊𝗎𝖾s before practicing with some figures.

The level of the workshops will be from beginner to intermediate. The level will be increased from start to finish, making it possible for all participants to learn something new and be challenged. 

1. Refresh Urban Kiz fundamentals

𝖡𝗎𝗂𝗅𝖽 𝗌𝗈𝗅𝗂𝖽 𝖴𝗋𝖻𝖺𝗇 𝖪𝗂𝗓 𝖿𝗈𝗎𝗇𝖽𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝗋𝖾𝖿𝗋𝖾𝗌𝗁 𝗈𝗅𝖽 𝗄𝗇𝗈𝗐𝗅𝖾𝖽𝗀𝖾: we will go through some of the key 𝖴𝗋𝖻𝖺𝗇 𝖪𝗂𝗓 elements/ rules - stepping, frame & posture and dance lines.

1. Leading and following techniques

Learn the concepts of frame leading/following and parallelism with the chest. Leaders to learn and practice the key t𝖾𝖼𝗁𝗇𝗂𝗊𝗎𝖾s for leading precisely and clearly, while followers to learn how to interpret leaders’ signals.

1. Acceleration and deceleration

Learn the 3 main tempos in 𝖴𝗋𝖻𝖺𝗇 𝖪𝗂𝗓 - normal, slow and fast tempos. Practice how to navigate between the different tempos and incorporate them in simple and complicated figures.
