Description:
Nach der Weihnachtspause geht es wieder ab auf die Matte. Euch erwartet 120 Minuten ein Inside Flow, der den Weihnachtsspeck zum schmelzen bringt. Anna wird mit euch durch einen wunderschönen Flow im Takt der Musik fließen. Abgerundet wird die Stunde mit Xenia, die mit euch die beanspruchten Muskeln wieder locker und flockig macht.

- The access to the online stream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. You can find the link for the online stream in your online profile under “My bookings”. With a click on “Join online stream now” you will be forwarded to the corresponding page and you join the activity online!
- Specific streaming providers, e.g. Zoom, allow participants to see each other through the video camera. If you do not want to show yourself or the personal environment, you can deactivate the camera function or cover the camera. The name you enter when you join the online meeting room will be shown to other participants. However, you can change your name at any time (e.g. only specify the initials).

Seit meinem vierten Lebensjahr gehört Tanzen zu meinem Leben. Ich liebe es, mich voll und ganz auf meinen Körper zu fokussieren und ihn fließen zu lassen. Genau das ist der Grund wieso mich Yoga, vor allem Vinyasa Flow so begeistert. Durch meine Kenntnisse als Physiotherapeutin habe ich Yoga als Form von Bewegung noch mehr schätzen gelernt. Yoga hat so viele tolle Eigenschaften. Es verbessert die Koordination, das Gleichgewicht, die Kraft und das Körpergefühl. Genau das sind die Gründe, weshalb ich mich 2018 für ein Yoga Teacher Training (200 Std) im Inside Yoga in Frankfurt entschieden habe. Für mich ist Yoga in der Physiotherapie und vor allem in meinem Leben nicht mehr weg zu denken.
