Dieser Workshop ist eine Einführung in den Bereich der Meditation und Tiefenentspannung für alle, die in das Gebiet eintauchen möchten.
Es wird ruhig, tief und entspannt. Perfekt um diese dunkle, emotionale Jahreszeit einzuläuten. Ihr werdet den Unterschied zwischen den Methoden spüren und persönlich im Worbook festhalten welche Methode und Technik am besten zu Euch passt.
Genießt 2,5 Stunden Ruhe mit Kristin, während ihr Euch auf eine stille Reise zur Euch selbst begebt.

- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Anfang 1989 erblickte ich als sehr neugieriges Wesen das Licht der Welt. 2012 erlebte ich meinen ersten Yogaunterricht, in Vietnam, und obwohl ich kein Wort verstand, war ich sofort verzaubert. Seitdem gehört die Yogapraxis zu mir und mit jeder Stunde entwickelte sich ein besseres Gefühl für meinen Körper. Ich weiß es sehr zu schätzen, diesen Yoga-Zauber jetzt auch als Lehrerin weiterzugeben!
