Yoga practitioners receive tremendous benefit from effective self-assists that help them find alignment in the deepest possible expression on their own.  These self-assists are a powerful way to deepen a practitioners physical expression of a pose and sharpen their awareness.  

This workshop is for both teachers and practitioners who would like to learn the principles of self-assists and deepen their understanding of the asana on their own.

Class will begin with warming up the body through a sequence of sun salutations, before we learn how to give ourselves these twisting pose assists.
