Description:
Yoga as taught in Iyengar Yoga allows a student to progress safely, regardless of the initial condition of stiffness and weakness, towards greater suppleness and strength. The systematic approach begins by working with the outermost layers of the body and progressing towards deepening awareness within. Inherent in the method is an understanding of the progression of learning from the surface towards the core.
In this two-day workshop, we will build a language of actions in the body and mind from standing poses to forward extensions, twists and backbends. Through this way of working we will gain a deeper understanding of the poses.
About Marla Apt - Senior level Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching throughout the United States and abroad. Ihr Unterricht ist sehr aligned orientiert, sehr bildhaft, sehr aktiv und ihre Terminologie bringt es genau auf den Punkt. INFOS: - Der Workshop wird in englischer Sprache unterrichtet - Stream via Zoom (du benötigst nur die kostenlose Zoom Ap und ein Laptop, Tablet oder Mobilphone, Internet oder WLAN) - Der Zugang zum Livestream wird dir rechtzeitig 15 Min vor Beginn via Mail an Deine hInterlegte e-mail adresse gesendet. - Zum Üben benötigst du 1 Yogamatte, 2 Yogablocks, 1 Yogagurt, 2 Decken, 1 Bolster, 1 Stuhl - Bei nicht angeordneten Lock Down besteht die Möglichkeit in den Räumlichkeiten bei Revier Yoga mit zu üben. Wir streamen dann auf je eine grosse Leinwand in jedem unserer 4 großzügigenen Yogaräumen für ein gemeinsames Üben. - Ein Ticket ist dennoch je Teilnehmer zu buchen.

Bei möglicher Teilnahme vor Ort: Bitte die Yogaschule nur bereits in Sportkleidung und mit Schutzmaske betreten und auch mit Schutzmaske verlassen. Das üben auf der Yogamatte erfordert keine Maske. Alle Mattenplätze sind gekennzeichnet zur Wahrung des Mindestabstand. Bitte eigene Getränke (keine Glasflaschen) mitbringen - jedoch kein Essen Bitte eigenen Hilfsmittel mitbringen
Eine Yogamatte kann vor Ort gegen eine kleine Leihgebühr 1,50 € ausgeliehen werden. Die Matten werden nach der Nutzung gemäß den Hygienevorschriften gereinigt.
Yogamatten und Yogahilfsmittel findet man auch in unserem Yogashop. Parkplätze direkt vor der Yogaschule kostenfrei und ausreichend.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Cancellations
Die Workshop-Anmeldung ist für beide Seiten verbindlich. Der Platz zur Teilnahme am Workshop ist garantiert bei erfolgter Anmeldung und erfolgter vollständiger Bezahlung, bis 8 Tage vor Workshoptermin. Bei kurzfristiger Buchung nach Mitteilung durch Revier Yoga. Der Workshop kann nur online gebucht werden. Stornierung durch den Kunden: bis 30 Tage vor Workshoptermin - Erstattung 80 % der Workshopgebühr - bis 15 Tage vor Workshoptermin - Erstattung 50 % der Workshopgebühr, danach ist eine Erstattung ausgeschlossen Es ist jedoch möglich, dass im Falle der Stornierung durch den TN eine von ihm genannte Ersatzperson den Platz übernehmen kann, in Absprache mit der Studioleitung.
