Wenn wir bewusst atmen, können wir auf sowohl auf der körperlichen als auch auf der geistigen Ebene Entspannung erleben und unser Nervensystem günstig beeinflussen. Unser Immunsystem wird gestärkt und vitalisiert, der Geist wird klar und ruhig.Gerade bei stressbedingter Erschöpfung, Konzentrationsschwierigkeiten und bei Schlafstörungen können Atemtechniken Erleichterung bringen und neue Energie generieren. In diesem Workshop lernst du einige Atemtechniken, die du auch zu Hause üben kannst. Zwischen den Atemübungen werden wir ausgesuchte Yoga Asanas im Yin Stil praktizieren.
