Join Sarah Olivia for a day of stripping back and remembering yourself in your radiance, in your wild essential self, in your feminine wisdom.

This day will be an initiation for the whole group on the journey back to our full power and turn on as women. We’ll make friends with our emotions - even the heavy ones - with our bodies and with our desires. We’ll shine a light on shame and discomfort and move through it together, and we’ll have a lot of fun along the way.

You may be wondering: what does my pleasure or turn-on have to do with my radiance as a woman? The answer: everything!

When we start to prioritise our pleasure (on every level), we reconnect to our energetic source and everything shifts; our confidence, our relationships, our sense of ease and power in the world…

No more making ourselves small. No more self-sacrifice. No more Good Girl. No more denying our desires.

This day is more than self-care. This will be a day spent in dedication to your aliveness.

Sarah is an embodiment and pleasure coach, breathworker and student/practitioner of neo and classical tantra who has learned from some of the world’s greatest thought leaders in women’s liberation and sexual empowerment. She prides herself on holding beautifully safe and brave spaces where women are able to heal and transform.

What you can expect from the day:

• Individual tantric practices (clothed and safe)
• Sacred group rituals
• Mini workshop on female pleasure energetics and physiology
• Reflection and sharing circles
• Emotional embodiment practices

 

There will be a delicious brunch/lunch served during the day, but you’re encouraged to bring any delicious snacks to keep yourself fuelled and happy during the day.
