If you have already been for your 6 WEEK check-up at the Dr. and you want to start working on getting your body back into shape, join us for this tailored post pregnancy program just for you...
A fixed 6-Week Program with 12 Sessions, where our certified and experienced instructor Tanya, (a mom of two herself) will help you heal through movement, reconnect with your pelvic floor, rebuild muscles, restore & strengthen your whole body.
Although this is an AFTER BABY CLASS you will still get that great workout you deserve to feel fit, strong and confident!
Important information:
This program is starting in January 2023.
6 weeks, 12 sessions (each 50 minutes long) Please note that there will be a 13th Session for those, who missed one or more of the 12 sessions due to sickness or other important reasons.
Our post natal program will be taught in English.
- We would love for you to be able to fully focus on yourself, but if you can't find anyone to watch your baby, you are absolutely allowed to bring them to class.
