Ballet training designed for retired dancers or dealing with injuries

We are launching a new format and want to mark the start with a workshop! “Sustain & Maintain” is aimed primarily at former professional dancers and advanced dancers who wish for challenging but body-appropriate training. The classes are based on classical ballet training and are therefore demanding in terms of movement quality and expression. At the same time, however, we are aware that experienced dancers often live with injuries. Therefore, jumps and too virtuous movements are avoided.

From June 11th, 2022 on we wish to establish a regular class, which will take place Saturdays from 15:00 to 16:15.
