In this workshop we study daily prayers, including a prayer for the morning, the palms of hand (before touching), the feet (before putting them on the earth), for food (before eating) and an evening prayer before going to bed.
Includes teachings, time for Q&A and a worksheet with the prayers. Live-Online and on-Demand for 4 weeks.
FR 23.12. 14:00 – 16:00 Uhr daily prayers for cosmic harmony
In this workshop we study daily offerings for cosmic harmony, including the family, the tradition, all humanity, the plant- and animal kingdom and the sun as cosmic lord.
Includes teachings, time for Q&A and a worksheet with the prayers. Live-Online and on-Demand for 4 weeks.
FR 30.12. 14:00 – 16:00 Uhr peace prayers for the universe
In this workshop we study peace prayers for the universe. Including prayers for happiness for all beings (Lokah Samastah…), prayers for the earth and all countries, for freedom from disease and sorrow. And a prayer for guidance from darkness (of ignorance) to light (of knowledge) (Asato Ma…).
Includes teachings, time for Q&A and a worksheet with the prayers. Live-Online and on-Demand for 4 weeks.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
