7 day Jivamukti Yoga retreat in Italy September 24 — October 1
Join Sandra and the community for a 7 day Jivamukti Yoga retreat at Italy’s beautiful Amalfi Coast. From Sunday to Thursday, Sandra will teach morning a 2,5-3h Jivamukti class. The retreat will also include afternoon restorative yoga, a workshop, chanting and evening meditations.
The week Arrival from 2pm on Saturday (dinner included) Saturday 5pm Welcome circle in the shala Sunday – Friday 7am — Jivamukti Intensive Wednesday 2-4pm Afternoon workshop Sunday – Friday 5.30 – 6.30pm Meditation, Chanting or Restorative Friday 4pm Closing circle and questions Friday evening fire on the beach
Childcare will also be available during the practice times, and it is included in the price for children.
Accommodation and board are booked directly at Relais Regina Giovanna. Please let them know that you are a participant of the Yoga Retreat (the regular prices are higher).
