This spirit filled series will take you on a journey into the heart of your energetic body. Explore the deeper dimensions of yoga and open yourself up to greater consciousness, empowerment, and connection. Experience the energy of each chakra, learn techniques to connect, balance, clear stagnation and bring healing to your body and life. Cultivate a greater understanding of the radiant power that lives inside you and as you awaken your chakra connection through asana, meditation, sounding, pranayama, dance and chakra theory.
Session 1: Chakra Vinyasa
Experience a color-filled journey through the 7 powerful energies centers in the body known as the chakras. Chakras influence over 70% of your physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. Picture yourself grounded, creative, courageous, alive and free. Delve deep into the roots of the earth and climb to the heavens by releasing blocked, stuck and stagnate energy. Includes dynamic asana, meditation, sounding, and pranayama.
A dynamic vinyasa practice guiding the students through all 7 chakra which including, breath work, meditation, and sounding Begin the journey!
Session 2: Demystifying the Chakra System ( Lecture ) We move into chakra theory~ which will include lecture and discussion.
Session 3: Embodied Chakra Dance
A transformational dance form that combines freestyle and structured movement to inspire you to get out of your mind and into your body. Through breath, sweat and expression travel from the roots of the earth to the infinite as you explore and arouse all the energies your are.
We move back into the experiential this time with the dance practice

Jede Anmeldung ist beidseitig verbindlich, das heißt, Sie haben Anrecht auf einen Platz und wir auf den fälligen Rechnungsbetrag. Wird die Mindestteilnehmerzahl nicht erreicht, behält sich die Studioführung vor, das Event abzusagen. Die bereits gezahlten Kursgebühren werden den Kunden erstattet.

Bei schriftlicher Stornierung (postalisch eingehend)
- bis 30 Tage vor Workshop Beginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 20,00€
- bis 7 Tage vor Workshop Beginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 50% des Rechnungsbetrages
- ab 6 Tage vor Workshop Beginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 100% des Rechnungsbetrages.
Es ist möglich für den/die ursprüngliche/n TeilnehmerIn für eine Ersatzperson zu sorgen. Im kurzfristigen Krankheitsfall und bei Nicht-Erscheinen ist die Rückerstattung ebenso ausgeschlossen. Mit der Anmeldung werden die o.g. AGB akzeptiert.
