Ein Sound Bath ist ein Moment nur für dich – 60 Minuten voller magischer Klänge, in denen du deinen Alltag hinter dir lassen darfst. Es erwartet dich eine Tiefenentspannung durch eine geführte Meditation zu den Klängen von Kristallschalen. Die Vibrationen der Kristallklangschalen werden bewusst durch unser Gehör und vor allem auch unbewusst durch unseren ganzen Körper, Knochen, Faszien empfangen und versetzen dich in eine tiefe Entspannung. Der Sound kann dir unter anderem dabei helfen dein Nervensystem weiter runterzufahren, emotionale und körperliche Blockaden zu lockern, zu besserem Schlaf beitragen und dein Stresshormonspiegel ausgleichen.

Cancellations
All registrations are final and non-refundable. The spot is secured through payment of the entire fee. Due to the advanced notice required in arranging courses and workshops, changes are only possible if requested 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the workshop. Workshop spots can be transferred to another Candidate if you cannot participate. In the event that a course or workshop is cancelled, registered students are eligible for a refund or may select an alternative and equally priced course or workshop option.
