ÜBER DEN WORKSHOP An diesem Vormittag tauchen wir in den Zustand des Yoga Nidra ein und erforschen Hintergründe und Grundlagen. Abwechselnd gehen wir in die Erfahrung des 'yogischen Schlafes' und sprechen anschließend über Effekte auf das Nervensystem, Historie und Methodik. Genießt eine Auszeit vom Alltag, tiefe Regeneration sowie eine Bereicherung eurer Yogapraxis um neue Aspekte. Auf kreative Weise verflechten wir Bekanntes mit Neuem, um eure Yogapraxis zu erweitern, vertiefen und heilsamer zu machen.
ÜBER SUSAN Susan Michel ist als Yogalehrerin, Heilpraktikerin und Certified Advanced Rolfer tätig. Sie unterrichtet Anatomie und therapeutische Aspekte des Yoga in Yogalehrerausbildungen im In- und Ausland, u.a. für Kale & Cake. Im Münchner Umland betreibt sie eine Praxis als Heilpraktiker für Rolfing und Yoga. Ihr besonderes Anliegen ist es, den Teilnehmenden ihrer Kurse das Erspüren des eigenen Körpers und seiner Selbstheilungskräfte näher zu bringen.
