Description

Die Mitgliedschaft hat eine Mindestlaufzeit von 3 Monaten und kann erst nach dieser Zeit mit einer Frist von vier Wochen zum Monatsende gekündigt werden. Die Kündigung hat schriftlich via mail über kontakt@ensostudio.de zu erfolgen.

Die Mitgliedschaft kann einmalig im Jahr bis zu vier Wochen pausiert werden, gegen eine Admingebühr in Höhe von 15, -EUR. Die Mitgliedschaft ist nicht übertragbar.

Eine Kursplanänderung oder Kursausfall oder Standortschließung gibt nicht das Recht für eine ausserordentliche Kündigung des Vertrages oder zur Rückerstattung des Beitrages.

Mit dieser Mitgliedschaft können 8 Kurse/ Monat der Wahl in einem Monat besucht werden. Die Mitgliedschaft gilt für alle regulären Enso Studio Kurse, nicht Krankenkassenkurse. Kurs und Uhrzeit sind frei wählbar.

Payment terms & cancellation

The first payment will be charged on 19/04/2024. Afterwards, you will be charged every 1 month.
If you cancel the membership until 30/06/2024, it will be terminated on 31/07/2024.
Otherwise, it will automatically be extended at the end of the current runtime by 1 month.
If you purchase your membership online, you can cancel it online in the membership details. If you buy the membership directly at the facility, the cancellation must be submitted in written form to the facility.
By completing the purchase you verify that you are at least 18 years old.
