Jedes Modul ist thematisch abgeschlossen und separat buchbar. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss aller vier Module gilt der jeweilige Grund-oder Aufbaukurs als abgeschlossen. Das bedeutet bei Teilnahme an allen acht Modulen ist der Level 1 komplett. 

Aufbaukurs Modul 1: Tensegrität und myofasziale Spannungsübertragung

Theorie

  • Vernetzte Spannungsketten in drei Lagen für den funktionellen Beckenboden.
  • Konstitutionelle Bindegewebetypen und evolutionäre Hintergründe zur Hyper- Hypomobilität. 
  • Fasziale Elemente in der Muskulatur. Kennzeichen der faszialen Dehnung. 
  • Dehn- Modalitäten und Indikationen: Beweglichkeit fördernd; Entzündung hemmend; Stress regulierend

Praxis

  • Einzelübungen zu den Dehn-Modalitäten der Beckenboden relevanten Ketten
  • Ablauf mit Faszien Fokus auf: Mobilität, Flexibilität und Geschmeidigkeit 
  • Schmelzende Dehnungen: zum Lösen von Adhäsionen und Narbenzügen
  • Atmen, Dehnen, Lösen: Faszien Fokus: Auton. Nervensystem u. Stressregulation

  • Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
  • With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
