Jedes Modul ist thematisch abgeschlossen und separat buchbar. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss aller vier Module gilt der jeweilige Grund-oder Aufbaukurs als abgeschlossen. Das bedeutet bei Teilnahme an allen acht Modulen ist der Level 1 komplett. 

Aufbaukurs Modul 4: Faszien das Sinnesorgan für Propriozeption

Theorie

  • Propriozeption der vergessene sechste Körpersinn
  • Die sensorische Innervation und Lokalisation der Mechanorezeptoren 
  • Die Bedeutung der Propriozeption in Bezug zu myofaszialem Schmerz
  • Selbstbehandlung mit Kleingeräten, Palpation und FBT Bällen

Praxis

  • Atem, Klang und Vibration zur Verbesserung der senso-motorischen Amnesie
  • Stimulation der Propriozeption über das Konzept der Mikrobewegung
  • Neuro-Imagination, die Heilkraft der inneren Bilder
  • Geführte Atementspannung und Achtsamkeit basiertes Wahrnehmen

  • Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
  • With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
