Wunderbar - lasst uns das Jahr 2021 verabschieden, üben wir uns im loslassen. Am 1. Januar 2022 sehen wir uns gleich wieder und heißen das Neue Jahr ganz herzlich willkommen. Live, online, wie immer mit einer überschaubaren Gruppe. Für alle Level geeignet, nur als Paket buchbar. Eine Verrechnung mit den 10er Karten ist nicht möglich.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

  • This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
  • Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
  • With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Meine Mission ist es, durch meine Tätigkeit das Leben der Teilnehmer*innen zufriedener und heller zu machen. Dass das Glück von innen kommt, hast du sicher schon gehört. Mit Yoga wird dies möglich und dabei kann ich dir helfen. Seit 2008 unterrichte ich Yoga. Begonnen habe ich zunächst mit Vinyasa-Yoga einem fließenden Yogastil. Vor einigen Jahren entdeckte ich dann ANUSARA®Yoga und war fasziniert. Bis heute berührt dieser freudige und sehr präzise ausgerichtete Yogastil mein Herz und meine Seele und hat kein bisschen von seinem Anfangszauber verloren.
