Online Workshop with Annette Hartwig**

More than ever, the last months we come to realise the importance of a genuine connection with ourselves, other human beings and the relationship with the earth. This encourages philosophical yet very practical questions like: what really matters? What is the smallest ritual I can commit to today? What can I do today to feel safe & comfortable? What can I do today to make others feel safe & comfortable?

This four-day workshop of contemplative practices provides supporting tools to be grounded & present, to feel at home in your own skin and return to the heart space as a choice and a practice.

Each session will assist you in weaving yoga, meditation, breath, stress-release techniques and self-enquiry into daily life. Developing self trust and allowing the body´s inherent wisdom to unfold - reconnecting us with our true essence which is love. Together as a group we will explore dynamic flow classes, dance and other movement modalities. Through embodied meditation, journaling and self care you are invited to (re-)build a rich inner life. Soothing breathing exercises & Yoga Nidra will ease and steady the dull/restless mind. 

Everyone is welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a pen/paper with you. 

Classes are held in German and will be recorded. Links will be sent to you shortly after each session and are available for 24h.

The Workshop is offered in a sliding scale 110 Euro - 145 Euro - 180 Euro.

Please choose from your genuine capacity to pay. We trust that we will meet in the spirit in which these classes are offered.

In order to fully transport concepts we do not offer bookings of single classes. We understand that it's not always easy to find appropriate space at home at a given time therefore we offer the possibility of 24h recording links.
