Restorative + Yoga Nidra Special
Das neue Jahr in aller Ruhe einläuten, klar sein und dann durchstarten.
Wir legen eine kleine Pause ein, lassen los und kommen an: Wir schaffen gemeinsam dafür einen Raum. In unserer Shala machen wir es uns gemütlich, mit Bolstern, Decken und Sound zum Driften.
In dieser Special Class bauen wir achtsam Haltungen auf, in denen dein Körper durch Props unterstützt völlig loslassen kann. Sanfte Öffnungen, tiefe Atmung und genug Raum zwischen Soulfood und Stille machen die 90 Minuten zum Kurzurlaub für dein Nervensystem. Eine kleine Yoga Nidra Reise am Ende gibt dir noch eine Dosis Magie mit auf den Weg.
Die Klasse ist für alle geeignet, es sind keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig.

- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
