✨ÜBERRASCHUNG: am Mittwoch (Feiertag) gibts eine kostenlose Ayur-Yoga-Morgenflow-Stunde für euch. Ganz nach dem Motto „nice and sweaty“ Da Yoga ja als „Turnsport“ kategorisiert wurde, werden wir diesem schweren Vorwurf am Mittwoch alle Ehre machen. Wir turnen auf unseren Matten von Asana zu Asana.
Ich freu mich riesig, wenn ihr dabei seid. Bitte teilt doch dieses Event mit euren liebsten Yoga-Buddies, denen es bestimmt auch gefallen wird. ✨

Online stream
There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Aimée lebt und liebt ihre Passion im wunderschönen Allgäu. Inspiriert von internationalen Yogalehrern und den Kulturen vieler bereister Länder und Kontinente wie Australien, Thailand oder Indonesien, fand sie zu ihren Wurzeln zurück in die Berge. Heute ist Aimée Inhaberin des Mandala Yoga Studios in Oberstdorf. Sie unterrichtet Yogastunden, leitet Workshops; Retreats und Yogalehrer Ausbildungen. Durch ihre einfühlsame und herzliche Art, holt sie die Menschen im Hier und Jetzt ab und beflügelt sie zu Hingabe und Selbstvertrauen.
