Heart Connection Journey - ein Workshop für dich und dein Herz.

Der Frühling lädt uns ein nach innen zu schauen und gleichzeitig neue Räume in uns zu öffnen. In diesem Workshop dreht sich alles um die Kraft der Verbindung mit dir, anderen und dem Leben selbst.

Wir starten mit einer herzöffnenden Yogapraxis, gefolgt von einer sanften Kakaozeremonie, die dich dabei unterstützt, dein Herz weicher werden zu lassen und liebevoll zu öffnen. Ein harmonischer Übergang nach innen, in die Verbindung mit dir selbst.

Somatische Bewegungen laden dich ein, dich tief mit deinem Körper zu verbinden und deiner Innenwelt Ausdruck zu verleihen.

Lass sich die Schwingungen deines Herzens sanft durch die abschließende, herzöffnende Sound journey ausdehnen, dich erden und integrieren.

Wenn du dich selbst im Herzen berührst, öffnet sich der Raum für echte Verbindung - mit dir, mit anderen und mit dem Leben selbst. Diese Reise lädt dich ein, dich zu erinnern, dass Liebe immer dort beginnt, wo du bist.

Through yoga, I found a way back to myself and now I hold space for others to do the same. In my classes, I invite you to slow down, connect inward and move with intention. Whether through mindful flows or grounding stillness, I guide you with softness and presence. Always honoring the body’s wisdom and the breath as our anchor. My teaching is rooted in both tradition and intuition: inspired by the structure of Ashtanga, the mindfulness of Vinyasa, the deep surrender of Yin and the healing vibrations of sound. I share from the heart, so that yoga becomes more than movement, but a practice of remembering who you are. You’re warmly invited just as you are and let this be your sacred pause in the middle of it all.
