Microdosing with intention invites you into a softer, more sustainable way of attuning to focus, clarity, and intuition.

This workshop introduces the ritual of microdosing as a practice of presence, rather than self-optimisation. You'll be guided through an overview of contemporary microdosing culture, woven together with somatic practices and reflective writing.

We’ll explore how your creative life can be supported by learning to tune in more closely – to the body, to sensation, and what’s ready to move through you.

You will have the option between two types of mushrooms. The workshop is held in partnership with amama x Alchemy, featuring their organic powdered Lion’s Mane extract. 

Open to all - bring pen and paper. Ideally, eat lightly 2-3 hours before.
