Love And All Is Coming (LAAIC) or SO’HAM: Haṁsa Krama L2 is a well-rounded, refined and integrative 90-minute intermediate sequence by Talia Sutra. It bridges the dynamic methods of Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa with the still intelligence of the Ghoṣ lineage along with Talia Sutra’s methods and discoveries. LAAIC aims at a sattvik approach to yoga āsana and Haṭha Yoga at large and prioritizes an equanimous attitude of the mind despite of the physical (and subtle) efforts involved. Like all TS LAAIC classes, SO’HAM: Haṁsa Krama is grounded, methodical, intuitive and deeply purifying. It moves through dynamic vinyasas, foundational postures, long holds and deep spinal activations in five directions for complete energetic purification.
