Somatic Yin is a deeply restorative and introspective practice. Combining classical yin postures with somatic techniques and emotional release practices, this class invites you to tune into your body’s sensations and rhythms, releasing tension and cultivating a profound sense of awareness. In this soothing journey, you’ll explore and embody your inner experience while accessing and nourishing the deeper fascia of the body. Suitable for all levels—no prior experience needed.

Please bring: Comfortable clothing and your own mat if you have one. You will find mats and all other equipment on site

We’ll be on-site for you starting 15 minutes before the class begins for check-in. Please arrive no later than five minutes before the start of the session so that we can begin on time, the teacher can check everyone in punctually, and the class won’t be disturbed. Please note that we cannot guarantee that anyone arriving late will still be able to join the class.
