Everything works like in the real Race in Berlin. Come to the Gym (approximately 40minutes before your start time), get changed, warm up, be at the startline in time for your starttime, race through the simulation ;) 

Time: ca +/- 90 mins in total

Goals:

• Be mentally prepare to push
• Double/single race simulation
• Analysis and strategies after the simulation

Important:

• Not for beginners! You should know the stations and how they work
• There will be no warm-up, movement or cool-down coaching
• You run outside! So rain shouldn't be a problem! It might rain during the official race as well (It was really bad at times last year). But if the weather conditions are too bad, we will cancel the event in a timely manner
