Pole Dance Practice & Dance online

Dieser Kurs ist nicht für Anfängerinnen gedacht. Hier könnt ihr aus dem Grundkurs gelerntes wiederholen, verfeinern und euch auf eure nächste Stufe der Basiskurse vorbereiten. Die Figuren Drehungen und Kombinationen, Übergänge, die wir in diesem Kurs machen werden, werden den jeweiligen Teilnehmerinnen und ihrem Level angepasst! Da ist für jeden von euch etwas dabei!

Practice and Dance/ Coming Back Mittelstufe- Fortgeschrittene Did you, like so many of us recently, take a break from the pole? Maybe due to covid lockdowns, or for personal reasons, or perhaps even, like me, to have a baby?!! Are you itching to get back, but maybe a little scared of what awaits you? Perhaps you are fearful that your body can’t do what it used to, maybe you think that while you were on a hiatus, everyone else was sailing ahead of you (Spoiler: they weren’t!!) Whatever your reason, whatever your desires or fears, I would love for you to come and join us as we get back on the pole and back to feeling amazing!

In this class we will look at all aspects of pole: some spins, some figures, and some dance moves, all ranging in difficulty from beginner spins to advanced poses – and everything in between! After a full warm-up and a little strength work, we’ll look at some moves, transitions, and variations… and at the end of the class we’ll dance together and then stretch it out. My aim in this class is that you learn something new, improve moves you already tried, but most of all, to have fun and feel wonderful in your beautiful body!

Hi, I’m Gem AKA Barbie G, Poledancer! I would love for you to come and be a part of my Pole family at Schönheitstanz Studio. I totally understand what it means to be a beginner, and it’s my priority to make you feel totally happy and supported every step - and spin! - of the way. Come and try an hour with me, and I promise that you’ll want to come back for more!

I have been learning and performing Poledance since 2010, and teaching since 2017. I started my pole journey as a complete beginner: I had no strength or flexibility, I was not a dancer, my confidence was pretty low, and I had absolutely no belief that I could or would become a Poledancer! And now… here I am, all these years later, performing on stage, teaching, and sharing what I LOVE and what made me who I am with people like you! I would love for you to come and learn, like I did, what you are capable of - and I guarantee, you’re far more capable than you realise!

You can learn the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced courses at Schönheitstanz as monthly courses of one hour per week . Over a month you will learn a full choreography – showcasing elements of your chosen level. Our groups are really small, (max 6, one person per pole) and we offer non-alcoholic drinks, and also a glass of fizz to celebrate the completion of a choreo after the 4th hour! We supply all cleaning and grip aids, should you need them. We also have small snacks for you to nibble on, so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself and your pole wear!
