SOUND + Sun Bath Outdoor GONG Meditation w/ Frida

We are back! Opening the Sacred Space Outdoor Live Gong Sound Meditation Session with Frida

The Sounds of the gongs are wonderfully blending together with the sounds of nature and the city on Yoga at Lobe Block’s beautiful terrace (that view tho!). Event instructions can be in German and English as needed.

This is the right event for you if you:

• like to spoil yourself love live meditative sound

• like to relax, let go of stress and find a moment for yourself to just be

• like to work through and advance personal topics

• like to deeply experience a blend of sound, city and nature

• like to open a sacred space for yourself

How to prepare:

• bring your yoga mat and comfortable, warm clothes (depending on the climate)

• eventually bring a blanket so you keep yourself warm (the body temperature might drop during meditation)

• bring sun protection like sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses

• a water bottle to hydrate

To participate:

• bring a negative PoC Test (free Bürgertest) from up to 24 hs before

• alternatively bring documentation if you are vaccinated and 14 days have passed since the second one

• Or bring documentation if you had Corona and have recovered and it’s less than 6 months ago

• notice this is always aligned with official regulations so keep checking as they are changing a lot these days

Location:

We will be using the terrace on the 4th floor which you will be accessing through the elevator B to Yoga at Lobe Studio (brings you there automatically) then you walk to the terrace and up the stairs. In case of rain or cold weather the event will be canceled latest by 12 noon on the same day and you will be refunded. We then hope to see you at one of the next!

I will be bringing my gongs (Schumann Frequency, 8 Corners of Heaven, Chiron, Jupiter, handheld Earth) and we will make this a beautiful sound celebration and recharging meditation!

Covid Safety Concept:

• see participation requirements above (these are mandatory)

• wear a medicinal mask unless you are on your place 1.5 m distance needs to be maintained

• participation is limited to 20 pax so there will be loads of space available for each
