Join our sound bath class and experience the healing vibrations of gong and crystal singing bowls. We will start with a few gentle stretches to rid the body of tension, followed by a guided meditation or breathing exercise. Lay down and let the sounds carry you away. No previous experience required. Please wear comfortable clothes.
