“Graceful Transitions” – Workshop with Rebecca Rasmussen

Rebecca Rasmussen's journey on understanding the body began on the stage as a dancer. A graduate of the Boston Conservatory with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Rebecca spent over a decade touring internationally with the renowned dance company MOMIX. Now, as an Inside Flow Senior Teacher, Teacher Trainer, and Twice Certified Coach, her expertise has taken her across the globe, where she’s had the privilege of teaching thousands of individuals in discovering heartfelt connections, personal growth, and unlocking their unstoppable potential. A graduate of the Kripalu School of Yoga and a Chromatic Yoga Leader, Rebecca empowers her students to connect with the essence of their movement, fostering self-trust and encouraging graceful action beyond the mat. With a long background on worldwide stages, including performances on America's Got Talent, Mercedes Benz car show, and a National Target commercial, Rebecca is excited now to share her passion for yoga and Inside Flow at various festivals and events around the world. Rebecca has been featured in Dance Magazine and on Wanderlust TV in collaborations with Adidas & the Art of Movement, as well as Shadow Yoga presented by Goodness Knows.
