MIND STUDIO REISHI GONG BATH by JEENA

We’d like to invite you to join us at SVERA for an electro-acoustic sound meditation session in collaboration with Jeena, a musician, sound therapist & founder of Aurras a neuroacoustic sound therapy platform and experience. 

Unlike a traditional sound bath, Jeena will be facilitating a sound bath using both electronic and acoustic frequencies all performed live to elevate your meditative experience, reset your nervous system and take your brain wave back to its natural rhythm. She’s recently collaborated with Vogue on her own event and created a neuroacoustic sound installation for DGTL Festival. 

For this session we’ll be happily collaborating with Scandinavian top functional mushroom brand ~ Mind Studio to heighten your cognitive health. 

The session will begin at 19:30 and will end at 21:00. Please arrive 15 minutes before.

Feel free to bring a journal, eye mask or any additional prop for your comfort.
