On the eve of Spring Equinox, we gather at a time when light and dark are moving in perfect balance. This sacred moment of equilibrium invites us to release what has weighed us down and make space for the new—just as nature is beginning to awaken. The combination of Hibiscus and Schisandra supports this release and renewal with a powerful blend of cooling and nourishing energy.

In the warmth of Hibiscus tea, we will drink in the vitality of the Wood element, inviting the detoxifying energy of Hibiscus to clear away emotional stagnation, especially any lingering anger or frustration. As we sip, Schisandra’s adaptogenic properties will help balance our inner energy, calm the spirit, and invigorate the body, ensuring that we stay grounded and present.

Through sound healing with Gongs and tuning forks, we will align with the Liver meridian, which governs the smooth flow of Qi and emotional clarity. The Gong’s deep vibrations will help open the heart and restore balance, clearing any blockages in the body’s energy flow and helping us transform any lingering emotions into vitality.

Valeria Aleksic is a multidisciplinary artist, sound weaver, and yoga teacher with a deep passion for guiding others on journeys of self-discovery and renewal. Her work is a tender unfolding—a quiet invitation to step into the sacred spaces within yourself.
