The ~ Circle of Inner Sound ~ is an invitation to dive deeply into the healing frequencies of Gong & Reiki Touch, and to connect with your unlimited being.

Tibetan singing bowls, Koshis, Chimes, as well as the delicate and grounding sounds of the Body Tambura, support you in integrating what you have experienced. In short partner sharing and exercises with other participants, you can further anchor your sensations in connection with others.

And: You do not need to *do* anything or be in any particular way. You are invited to be with whatever is present within you while feeling held in the group.

You simply travel with the sounds, allowing them to carry you. You are present — just as you are — and whatever arises within you will find space to be.

You are invited to share what is alive within, allowing you to experience genuine connection with the outside, while simultaneously being in connection with yourself.

Our heartfelt intention is for you to feel safe and supported in this group, held in a space where you can grow, open up, and simply be — even with the parts of yourself that sometimes feel “not enough.”
