This 60 minute class is the perfect mid-day break, combining an energetic yang practice with a deep wind down into yin. Give yourself the complete practice of vin into yin.
Props modifications and progressions as always are offered to support you and your practice.
Our teachers offer Hands on Assists. If you prefer not to receive hands on assists, please let the teacher know before class as well as any other relevant information ie working with an injury, etc.
