About the Workshop:

This workshop is curated especially for people of racialized identities to experience their first pole dance class in a judgement-free and safer space. It offers an inclusive and community-based introduction to pole dance, designed to create a safer, welcoming space for exploration, movement, and self-connection.

Pole dance is approached not only as a physical practice, but as a creative and embodied experience. Participants are invited to explore movement with curiosity, presence and care, meeting themselves where they are, without pressure or expectations.

The workshop welcomes multiple approaches to pole, blending technique, flow, and cultural context and is accessible to those discovering pole for the first time as well as those wishing to reconnect with it differently.

About Aurélie @relyzzle

Aurélie began pole dance in 2020. She is the founder of Pole Flow Bienne. At her studio she offers regular classes and workshops rooted in inclusivity, embodiment and community care. As a person belonging to a racialized identity, creating inclusive and safer spaces is central to her teaching philosphy and lived exyperience. For Aurélie, pole is not a destination, but a lifelong journey of exploration, connection, and becoming.
