Beginner Aerial Silks Course – 4 Weeks

A welcoming 4-week aerial silks course designed especially for adult beginners! The course includes 4 meetings with the same small group (max. 8 people), giving you plenty of individual attention from the teacher.

Each class lasts 75 minutes (the final class is 90+ minutes) and starts completely from scratch. You’ll learn basic grips, climbs, poses, and simple moves, with clear explanations and safe progressions. Classes also include conditioning exercises and at-home practice tips to help you build strength and confidence between sessions.
