"Heels Basics" mit Doly

A class perfect for everyone on the beginning of their dance path. Starting something new might be scary, but do not worry; you are in good hands:

'Learn Heels Technique from Scratch!'

Beginner Heels Class starts with a proper warm up, preparing your body and making it strong for the upcoming challenges. We will work on a healthy alignment and all the basics when it comes to the heels technique ( shift of the weight, usage of the hips, walks and across the floor). Once the basics are “in the backpack”, the work continues onto the fun choreography where everything previously learned will be applied. Slow and safe working space combined with a lot of fun!
