RECOVERY & GLOW. PROGRAM.

Mat & Reformer | 5 Weeks | 10 Sessions

This Postnatal Pilates Program is designed to support your body’s recovery after pregnancy and birth, helping you safely rebuild strength, restore mobility and reconnect with movement.

The course runs twice per week for 5 weeks (10 sessions) in a small group of up to 8 - 10 participants, allowing for individual guidance and safe progression. Classes alternate between Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, offering a balanced approach to postnatal recovery. 

DATES & TIMES:

Tuesdays at 11am on the Reformer at Location: Flemings in Frankfurt & Thursdays at 10.30am on the Mat at Location: Studio Tuesday in Frankfurt.

The program focuses on:

-Pelvic floor and deep core reconnection

-Abdominal healing and diastasis recti awareness

-Postural realignment and upper-body relief

-Full-body strength using controlled, low-impact movement

-Mobility, flexibility and breath coordination

-Getting your GLOW

Each week introduces a slightly different focus and progression, ensuring the program remains supportive, effective and engaging as your body grows stronger.

Who Is This Program For?

Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum. Suitable for all fitness levels, including those returning to exercise for the first time after birth.

Bringing Your Baby

While we encourage you to take this time to focus on yourself, you are very welcome to bring your baby (2–6 months old) if needed. 

Diaper Changing

Studio Tuesday: Diaper-changing station in front of the bathroom

Flemings: Upstairs first-floor bathroom or Reformer room

Please do not change diapers in the hotel lobby.

Attendance & Refund Polic

This postnatal course is offered as a structured 5-week program with a fixed group. For this reason, missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled. We encourage you to plan your attendance in advance to get the most benefit from the program.
