About
This class for young yogis ages 6-9/10 is where the yoga fun continues. We offer an exciting mix of yoga poses, games, cooperative partner and group poses as well as an introduction to mindfulness and relaxation techniques. This class fosters strength, creativity, focus, cooperation, and confidence, giving young yogis the tools for a happy, healthy, and balanced life.
This class is in English.

I’m Hope! I have been teaching yoga to children ages 2-12 in Kindergartens and yoga studios since 2016 and love sharing the world of yoga with them. I received my training through Rainbow Kids Yoga and Kinder Yoga Welt Institut. My yoga classes for children combine age appropriate exercises to develop body awareness, strength, coordination and balance with aspects of emotional well being gained through meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, and breathing techniques.
